For several US-based multinational F500 consumer brands Silke developed consumer interaction architectures across all consumer touchpoint areas, including point-of-sale/retail and AE/VR and web-based, in order to drive product differentiation and customer loyalty. For global MedTech, Life Sciences and Emerging Pharma clients, Silke develops digital transformation programs for AI and ML enabled Omnichannel engagement with direct path to accelerated ROI.
During a special fellowship at Deloitte’s Center for the Edge Silicon Valley Think Tank, she worked with Center leaders John Hagel III, John Seely Brown and Lang Davison to develop original research and substantive points of view on commercial application of disruptive technologies for new corporate growth and profitability opportunities.
As Digital Commerce leader for entertainment company Universal Studios Hollywood and pioneering online retailer eToys.com, Silke was instrumental in developing revenue growth platforms based on new segmentation approaches that aligned consumer needs and lifecycle status with product and service offerings.
Silke is a prolific speaker on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), algorithmic and cognitive enablement, as well as Metaverse applications and operationalizing Digital Transformation initiatives with accelerated paths to ROI.
