He has an extensive background in personal health improvement programme design, implementation and delivery as well as ongoing management and improvement. Clinical practice spans five continents. Critical skills and experience in the bimolecular drivers of pain, health and aging, epidemiology, health behavior change, applied bioinformatics and biotechnology. He provides a unique, practical understanding of the biological determinants of healthspan, age related disease and wellbeing. He was one of the top doctors at the US Pentagon and his title was flight surgeon. He helped with creating broader health care programs with US Air Force, NAVY, Marine Corps and Army.
